How is Sovereign Dental different from traditional insurance?

Sovereign Dental is a reduced fee program. Members pay a monthly fee to receive significant savings from the network of over 62,000 dentists and specialists. Members can receive treatment at any of these participating dentists and specialists and save between 20% and 60% on regular fees. There are no administrative forms and no waiting period. Members are automatically accepted upon joining and do not need Sovereign's approval before visiting a participating dentist.

How do I use my Sovereign Dental Program card?

After confirming the provider's continued participation, simply show your membership card at the time of service. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the provider.

What kind of savings will I receive?

Your savings will range from 20-60% off standard fees.

How are the dentists and specialists selected?

Every member of the network has been carefully selected to meet strict requirements. Each dentist and specialist meets highly selective standards based on education, background, ADA certification, licensure and other regulatory requirements.

Do I need to call Sovereign Dental if I want to change providers?

No, you are free to change network providers at any time, anywhere in the country, without notification.

Is work in progress discounted?

Work in progress cannot be discounted and must be completed by the dentist who initiated it. However, conditions that have not yet been treated can be discounted through the Sovereign Dental program.

How often can I use my plan?

There are no limits on how often you can visit your participating provider.

Can everyone in my family use the card and receive the savings?

All household family members are included under the Sovereign Dental Savings Program. This includes spouses, children under 18, and students over 18 and all financially dependent relatives.
